Ali and Brittney at the front desk were so amazing and sweet! Antoine was also so amazing and helpful! Having such accommodating and welcoming individuals at the Arlo Chicago is definitely what has me excited to stay there again and I am excited to see the three of them! I am very thankful to have experienced such kind hospitality! The room my friends and I stayed in was very modern and clean, and the bathroom had great lighting. Any time we needed anything like extra towels, there was never an issue or long wait time receiving extra items that we needed. Arlo Chicago is also a great and convenient location for any first time visitors to the windy city! As I initially stated, I don't think our stay here would have been as enjoyable without the friendliness of Ali, Antoine, and Brittney! Shoutout to them and thank you again!

We had a great stay at Arlo Chicago. Holden at the desk was amazing to work with, so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Such a cute boutique style hotel. And the restaurant was fantastic! We had a fabulous time!

This hotel is very nice and walking distance to everything you could need. The staff (Alinea, Bryson, and manager Terrell) were very attentive and cared to our needs. Yvonne (overnight) was also very attentive and answered all of our questions with grace. The beds were comfortable, good pressure in shower heads, and elevator was even quick. Antoine (Bellman) even maneuvered our bags as if they were his own and with such care! I CAN’T wait to come back and stay.

I had a great stay here! I was in town for work. The guest services reached out a couple times before my arrival to ask if they could make my stay better. They were kind enough to have a toiletry kit in my room when I mentioned I forgot a toothbrush. The rooms was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure. They do daily cleanings and housekeeping make the room very neat. Everyone at the front desk was lovely, and I’d especially like to mention Holden for all of his help and kindness. Will definitely stay again in future business trips!

I spent one night at this hotel with my wife in February. We got a great rate for a Monday night. Found the location to be fabulous right in the heart of Michigan Avenue. Check in and check out were easy. The hotel looks to be recently renovated. The room was a good size for downtown Chicago. We were pleased to see no carpeting as that tends to be dirty. Excellent bed and shower. The employees Holden, Ali, and Tyler were quite friendly and helpful.

my partner and I spent our 4 year anniversary here :) After a long day of shopping and walking around, it was amazing to check into this hotel and spend the evening relaxing. Holden helped us check in and was very friendly and accommodating. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly as well. we stayed in the millennium king room and had a great view of millennium park and the bean! I loved the big comfy bed and the ability to cast my netflix on the tv. I also liked that the windows opened up to let in a cool breeze. great hotel !! 😎

I just came back from Chicago and really enjoyed my stay at the Arlo Hotel! I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience from beginning to end. The hotel is walking distance to several highlights Downtown (Millennium Park, Art Institute, Nutella factory, River Walk, Chicago Theater, etc) and the CTA Blue Line, which I took to and from Chicago O'Hare. I did not rent a car, so having a hotel that was central to everything was very important to me. Given the location, I felt like the price was great. I told them I was celebrating my birthday and they upgraded me to a Millennium King, which has floor-to-ceiling windows! I had a beautiful view during the day and at night with the city lights. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy for me. I felt like the place was secure, which is also super important for me as a solo traveler. All staff members were kind and responsive - truly exceptional service from everyone. I did not eat at the restaurant downstairs, but they do offer discounts there and at the bar if you're a guest. I was able to store my bags without a charge on my last day because I had a later flight. Overall, I would love to come back to Chicago and stay at the Arlo Hotel again. Thank you for the amazing experience!
